Cassandra Elkins, D.D.S.

Dr. Casey is a native Texan, born in Austin and raised in the small town of Coupland. She completed both her dental degree and pediatric residency at the UTHSC in San Antonio. She is a member of the American Dental Association, the Texas Dental Association, the San Antonio District Dental Society, the American Association of Pediatric Dentists, the Texas Association of Pediatric Dentists, and the San Antonio Association of Pediatric Dentists. She is also a member of the American Association of Women Dentists, the Texas Association of Women Dentists, and she is a fellow of the American Academy of Laser Dentistry. She has been in practice with Dr. Bob James since 1991 and is our Treatment Specialist. She performs all in-office treatment and remains current in all the latest comfort care techniques. She has been married to Richard for 30 years and they have four children.
