Casey Elkins, D.D.S.

Dr. Casey is a native Texan, born in Austin and raised in the small town of Coupland. She completed both her dental degree and pediatric residency at the UTHSC in San Antonio. She is a member of the American Dental Association, the Texas Dental Association, the San Antonio District Dental Society, the American Association of Pediatric Dentists, and the Texas Association of Pediatric Dentists. She has been in practice with Dr. Bob James since 1991 and is our Treatment Specialist. She performs all in-office treatment and remains current in all the latest comfort care techniques. She has been married to Richard for 25 years and they four children.
